The last KuL-Höck fell between the holidays and was therefore not very well attended. We would like to thank all participants! The main topics discussed were future projects and preparations for the members’ meeting in January. More information as always in the minutes:

• SoM Alice is Missing, 9., 16., 23. & 30.01., english
  The silent role-playing game ‘Alice is Missing’ is about the disappearance of Alice Briarwood, a high school student in the small town of Silent Falls. Instead of speaking, the players send text messages back and forth as if they were not in the same place.

• Pathfinder Society, 10.01., german
  It’s time to explore! The Society decides to refocus on the goals of the Society of Scouts: Explore! Report! Cooperate!

  A vessel for all GM’s, Referees, Judges and whatever they are called. Andrea will discuss how overland travel and general travel can be handled. Are you interested in the delicate art of game management? Then come to the KuL room on 26.01. at 18:00!

• KuL anniversary/CDC open door, 03.02., 03.02.
  The one-year anniversary of KuL and the merger of the rooms with CDC will be celebrated. What exactly will happen is still unclear, but in any case everyone can come by for snacks and drinks. You can have your say in the Discord!
  
• Arcanor-Community-Kampagne, 7., 17. & 27.01., german
  Discover the secrets of the continent of Arcanor together with a dozen other players in our D&D community campaign.

Next month there will be the annual general meeting instead of the normal Höcks.

Last Thursday’s meeting was short, but after all, we only recently had a general meeting. Above all, we were informed about the various working groups (lighting, sound and decoration). A detailed report on this will follow in the next few days.

• SoM Ten Candles, 4., 11., 18. & 27.12.
  There are no survivors in Ten Candles! In the final game scene of this tragic horror game, all the characters will die. In this sense, Ten Candles is not a game about winning or defeating the monsters. Instead, the characters are pushed to the brink of madness and despair as they search for hope in a hopeless world and try to do something meaningful in the final hours.

From now on KuL finds itself at Laupenstrasse 18, 3008 Bern, just opposite of City West. A billion thanks to Alvin, Patricia and Sybille for relocating our living wall, the huge table, all the books and STUFF we acquired in the past year. Almost a year we filled the room at Pavillonweg 3 with playful fun and now im excited AS FRAKK about the opportunity to do it here – it’s gonna be mega kul!

What’s next?

• Our own internet-router will arrive the next few days
• New sound system
• Patricia has many plans for decoration upgrades
• New lighting system

We are moving! Yesterday’s general meeting has confirmed this unanimously! As of November 13, our game room will be located at Laupenstrasse 18. Together with the Chaos Dice Club we will continue to provide P&P enthusiasts with the opportunity to enjoy their roleplaying games in an immersive atmosphere. Thanks to a lower rent, we have more budget and there now are hardly any limits to our decoration, sound and lighting concepts. I am excited!

Other News:

• There were some changes in the statutes, you can find the current statutes (german) here.
• Now KuLists can rent the room for 40 CHF instead of 50 CHF!
• If you want to join one of our Taskforces and help decorate or design the lighting and sound write in the KuLprovment-channel!
