Book a room

Would you like to book one of the rooms on a specific day? Fill in the form below and we will be happy to book your dates. The rent per session is CHF 70.- (CHF 50.- for club members). Payable in advance by direct bank transfer or Twint.

Club members can rent the rooms on weekdays until 5 p.m. (i.e., during off-peak hours) for only CHF 20. They can also rent the Sci-Fi Bridge for short events (approx. 2 hours) such as Session 0 or board games at any time for CHF 20.

More Info about the rooms you can find here. We will discuss further information such as handing over the keys etc. directly with you.

We kindly request that you pay the room rental fee by bank transfer whenever possible to avoid any fees.

Cancellation Conditions

In principle, a reservation is binding and therefore subject to a cancellation fee. If your plans have changed and you are unable to keep the appointment, please let us know as soon as possible – otherwise we will unfortunately have to charge a cancellation fee. The earlier you cancel the reservation, the less it costs:

  • 7 days or more: free of charge
  • 3-7 days: 50% of the room rental
  • less than 3 days: 100% of the room rental

The cancellation fee does not apply if the date can be reallocated. In extenuating circumstances (emergency, etc.) an exemption from the cancellation fee is possible.
