The time has come – the Kickstarter campaign for the Frostpunk board game, which was funded (it feels like) years ago, has finally been delivered. So it’s high time to get started!

Frostpunk is a cooperative survival board game with strategy, worker placement and city building elements for up to 4 people. It is based on the video game of the same name.

On March 25 starting at 14:00, four of us will face the first mission “A New Home: The Crater”. It is expected to take about 4-5 hours. The session will be in German.

At the last KuL-Crew Meetup we looked at and discussed the results of the logo voting. Now there are 6 more logos from Patricia to choose from.

This voting will run until Sunday, 5.3. 12:00 – after that the logo committee (where you can be a member though) will decide.

One-Shot-Monday

TAGS: System of the Month EN

Bibl and I would like to try out different roleplaying systems and worlds. Therefore we start the One-Shot-Montage! For one month each we will pick a new system in which we will play an adventure. We’ll announce what’s coming next and you can sign up for it by sending an email to info@kul-verein.ch. The session will be in german.

Attention: Depending on the adventure and system we will play 2-4 montages in a row. When you sign up, you commit to it to the best of your knowledge! You want to master a one-shot yourself? Just let us know and we will help you if needed.

The start will be Shadowrun on February 6th at 18:00.

What are we playing exactly?
The adventure “Battle Royale” together with the fast starter rules of Shadowrun 6.

What do I need to know?
For 4 characters there is a dossier which explains the most important things. You can find these dossiers here: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1TKbxe9kWtaE8bu2SKzUho6I9aOZvuIhy?usp=sharing.
Characters can be freely changed in gender and name. Here you can also find the quickstart rules which are optional to read.

A new living wall

We are busy outfitting our new playroom with furniture and decorations. Today Bibl, Patricia and I picked up, hauled around and installed a huge living wall branded “medieval” – with only almost 50% of the screws!

Not only does the new living wall look appropriately medieval, but it also provides an enormous amount of space for your books, papers, decorations, and dust.
