New month, new Höck. A brief overview of this month’s topics:
- A budget for 2024 was planned and presented.
- In order to create an incentive for longer campaigns in the KuL room, there are now quantity discounts! If you book 3 dates for play sessions, you will receive a 10% discount on the rental fee. With 5 dates it is even 20%!
- We are part of RPG Bern and are in the process of developing a Code of Conduct to explicitly create a pleasant climate of cooperation in our TTRPG communities.
- To ensure that all our members have the opportunity to use the room, we would like to avoid vacancies and unnecessary bookings as far as possible. We have therefore decided to charge a gradual cancellation fee if a reservation is not taken and the date cannot be filled.
