The setting

«Warhammer 40,000 Roleplay: Imperium Maledictum» is a d100 based system for roleplaying in the grim darkness of the 41st millennium.

Players take on the role of citizens of the Imperium in service to a powerful patron, with games focused on investigation and social encounters rather than combat. The Imperium is a deadly place, and the players must tread carefully if they hope to survive. Your service to your patron allows you to move through Imperial society where others can’t. The Influence you and your patron have with the many factions of the Imperium will determine how your investigations proceed, where you can go, and what resources you have access to.

The adventure

You have been assigned by your patron, Inquisitor Halikarn, to investigate the site of a purported miracle on Hive Rokarth. Your mission is to determine whether the incident is a sign of a true saint of the Imperium. If so, you must bring them back safely and eliminate any potential heretics you encounter.

The sessions will take place at the KuL premises:
Weissensteinstrasse 16, 3008 Bern

Players

  • 3 – 5 players
  • Ages 18 and over 🔞
  • No prior knowledge of the rules or the story of «Imperium Maledictum» is required

The game uses a d100 system (2d10), so please bring a pair of d10s if you have them. Please also bring something to take notes with. There will be spare dice if you do not have 10-sided dice.

  • Pre-generated characters will be provided

Participation fee

The event is – as all System of the Month events – essentially free of charge. If your financial situation allows, we’d appreciate a contribution towards the venue rent: either in cash in the collection box on site or via Twint.
